Crisis Support
Please note that I do not provide a crisis support service. Emails are monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm only. If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or feeling at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your GP or A&E for immediate help.
